In Unit 2 of the Teluk Sirih PLTU there are 2 PAF motors. PAF motors experience changes in daily load in motor performance such as: input power, reactive power, output power and motor torque. The aim of this research is to study and see the performance of a 3-phase, 6 kV PAF motor regarding daily load changes during the generator performance test. Based on that case, there is a need to develop a system that can handle it. This system can display alumnis data and job, make a topic and leave a comment on forum discussion. This system is expected to facilitate the alumnis data management process and the final project in Computer and Information System of Universitas Ekasakti. Information system of alumnis portal for Computer and Information System of Universitas Universitas Ekasakti is web based and was developed using PHP, framework CodeIgniter and MySQL database. Information system design refers to the needs of the information required by the user, and modeled into diagrams contained in the method of UML (Unified Modeling Language). From the test results obtained the highest tensile strength of 52.21 kg / mm2 in strong currents 120 A with cooling water and the lowest tensile strength of 33.96 kg / mm2 in the strong currents of 120 A with oil cooling. As for testing the hardness HRB high of 107.33 on strong currents of 90 A with cooling water and low hardness of HRB 81 on the test material without getting treatment. The research method used in this performance analysis is a field survey of parked vehicle data and analysis. In carrying out this parking performance analysis, the results obtained were the highest volume of 276 vehicle units, the highest accumulation of 273 vehicle units, the highest average duration of 139,369 minutes/vehicle, the highest turnover (turn over) of 2,126829 units/SPR, the highest parking index of 133,170% and the number The highest shortage of parking lots is 84 units. Padang Pariaman Regency is located in an area with lots of hills, making this area have many springs. So that this spring can be used for the survival of the population in the area. One of the uses of this spring can be done by planning and building a reservoir, where later the construction of this reservoir will be used for irrigation activities and clean water needs for the local population and also used to accommodate shortages and excess water. Padang Pauh area - Galapung Ulakan Tapakis Village, is a location with a fairly high degree of rainfall, namely with a rainfall intensity (I) of 126.432 mm/hour and the planned flood discharge for the 5 year return period is 0.832 m3/second.
